Welcome

Welcome to Your LIFE OS Vault

You just downloaded a pre-built second brain. This folder is your IPARAG system — ready to open in Obsidian, ready to use today.

What Is IPARAG?

IPARAG is a six-layer system for organizing everything in your life by purpose, not topic.

Folder What goes here
00 - INBOX Everything unprocessed. Capture here first. Process to zero regularly.
01 - PROJECTS Time-bound outcomes with a clear finish line. Has a deadline? It goes here.
02 - AREAS Ongoing responsibilities with no end date. Health, business, relationships, finances.
03 - RESOURCES Reference material for later. Templates, guides, SOPs, saved research.
04 - ARCHIVES Completed projects and past content. Done doesn't mean deleted.
05 - GALAXY Your Zettelkasten. Permanent notes, synthesized from everything you read, watch, and learn.

The rule: every file belongs in exactly one place. The question to ask is not "what topic is this?" — it is "what am I going to do with this?"

What's Already Inside

03 - RESOURCES

All your templates and workflows, pre-organized:

  • Zettelkasten Templates — Literature note templates (book, article, video, podcast, course) + permanent note template
  • Content Templates — Long-form, YouTube, weekly content planner, copywriting structures
  • AI Prompts — Ready-to-use prompts for content creation, idea generation, and learning
  • SOPs — Step-by-step workflows for content acquisition, note-taking, and content writing

05 - GALAXY

The Tag Taxonomy file is your reference for keeping your notes tagged consistently. Customize it as your system grows.

How to Get Started

  1. Open this folder in Obsidian. File → Open Vault → select this folder.
  2. Read the SOPs in 03 - RESOURCES/SOPs/ — start with Content Acquisition, then Zettelkasten Method.
  3. Set up your AREAS. Create a subfolder in 02 - AREAS/ for each major responsibility in your life (business, health, finances, relationships, etc.). Add a _CONTEXT.md file in each one explaining what it is and your current focus.
  4. Start capturing. Drop everything unprocessed into 00 - INBOX. Process it weekly.
  5. Take your first note. Pick a book or article you are reading right now. Open the matching Literature Note template and start there.
